Top 10 easiest ways to improve your health at Medimove Exercise Physiology Byron bay

Having trouble staying hydrated during summer?

Our bodies lose water everyday through exercise, breathing, sweat, digestion, and most of all by eliminating toxins through urine. If you’re prone to migraines, headaches or fatigued, then it’s likely you are dehydrated.
Many people don’t drink enough water, me included at times. We need to be drink about 2 -3 litres of water per day, more if you are a male or if you are exercising or working in the heat for long periods.
We are also drinking poor quality water! A lot of people aren’t even aware of the heavy metals, dirt and parasites coming from our tap water. If you want to learn more go back and take a read of the Blog I wrote on the this topic.
If your water quality is average, you have increases inflammatory markers in your blood, or your kidneys are not functioning properly, the body is unable to absorb water effectively. Although, a lot of our water intake can come from food. To ensure adequate hydration, drinking filtered water, and if exercising ensure you are getting your potassium and calcium from beverages like coconut water.

The best water filter on the market is definitely the Enagic Kangen Water machine. Our brain is 80% water, and our body is 70% water, so why not invest in a high quality water system to ensure your body gets the best?

It’s the wisest investment into my health that I’ve ever made! This water filter works similarly to your kidneys, where it eliminates toxins from the water and leaves the nutrients for your body to absorb. It does the hard work for you. And, it reduces your carbon footprint, as the machine pH level can be adjusted to use water as cleaning products. Therefore, reducing chemical and plastic use.

My life literally changed after purchasing one, I love it!
